1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returns must be initiated within 7 from the delivery date.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-designed boxes with specific logos, colors, or designs as per customer specifications.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Ship the item to the address provided, ensuring it is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued under the following terms:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business day
For orders paid via bank transfer, we will request your bank details to process the refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery:
Notify us within 48 Hours of receiving the product.
Provide photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the resolution process.
We will replace the item or offer a full refund based on your preference and item availability.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
